Did you all know that Santa loves Bass Pro Shop? Well if you didn't he certainly does!!! Last year I just wasn't sure about this guy all dressed in red with a white beard. This year I am very brave and decided well maybe it is time to put on my girl panties and do what other kids are doing that are much younger than I am! I am so mature you know!!! ok so next Saturday I will be competing in the Mullett Pageant, yes that is what I said, Mullett Festival! My Grandma found this beautiful dress for me too. OK, so not to much has been going on, the weather is finally nice her in NW Florida. My Mommie and my Grandma took me to see Miss Debbie today to get my first hair cut! I was a bit nervous but she was so nice and everything worked out great. It didn't hurt at all and when I was done she gave me a little candy!

My Mommie & Daddy hosted a birthday party for "yours truly" on Sunday. We had a lot of people at our house and it was pretty crowded too! Lucky for us, the weather was nice and people could be outside too. I had such a good time, playing with all of the other little children that came. Mommie helped me open my presents because I just wasn't sure what to do with the wrapping paper. We had good food, Daddy grilled the hamburgers and hotdogs and both my Grandma's brought food too. Last weekend I attended my first Mullett Festival. For those of you who don't know what that is, Mullett is a local fish that everyone says it terrific. I was able to ride my first pony and see a turkey up close and personal! What a great time I had.

My Mommie decided to get creative this past weekend so she took one of my onesies and tye dyed it! Even though Woodstock was some 40 years ago we wanted to pay our respects. As a side note my Grandma would have love to have gone to Woodstock but she was to young to go!

My 9.5 month Doctor's appt

Well my doctor was very pleased with me today! I am now 17.7 lbs and 26.5 inches long, which puts me in the 25th percentile. Yes I know, I am petite! They also measured my head and I am must be smart or something because I am in the 75th percentile! Next month, SHOTS, YUCK!!!!

On Saturday we went to Sky Ranch so my Great Grandpa's friends from Iowa could ride in my Grandpa's airplane. Great Grandma Judy and I were standing outside watching but the wind was to much for me!

I have had a rough week last week and we finally figured why, I was cutting my first tooth! Great Grandpa Turner was here and he suggested that I get a "chicky bone" to chew on. My Mom was a bit skeptical but all of the meat was taken off and I just loved it! At first I could not figure out what I was chewing on but it did not take long to realize the great taste!

On Easter Sunday, we had dinner at Grandma's where I met my new BFF! Addi is 4 months old (2 months younger than me) and we had a great time! At first I was not to happy to have someone younger than me at the table but we quickly became friends!

My Grandpa's company, Ft. Walton Machining opened a new 20,000 square foot addition and he had a big party for everyone! I was invited to attend and I did! My Mommy put a beautiful white dress on me and my Grandpa had to show me off to all of his employees. It was pretty fun even tho I did not know any one but my family. My Uncle Tim was there and I just love seeing him!

What a wonderful day this past Sunday. We got up early so we could attend church at 8AM then we went to Grandma's and Grandpa's for a wonderful Easter dinner. My grandparents had some friends from Ft. Walton join us and they had a 4 month old, Addi. She was so cute! Here I am in my Easter dress with my bunny ears!

Every week is an adventure and I can now hold my own bottle and have found my feet! I just love pulling off my socks and looking at my toes and they even fit in my mouth!! How great is that?

My last Doctor's visit went well

I am now a whopping 12.5 lbs and 24 inches long! I got shots, which I definitely do not like and I just felt lousy for a few days. Grandma wants to give me some real food, like vegetables and fruits but the Doctor said no no not until I am 6 months old, which will be in about 5 weeks. I can't wait!!!
